Oh my GOD. I could for the life of me not comprehend eigenvectors the way my prof taught us. He taught an overcomplicated way of finding eigenvalues so THAT was a lot to unpack. This is so much easier! This is the FIRST video explication i had to watch in the whole first year of uni... goes to show how overcomplicated it was. Tho for eigenvectors it could've been explained a little bit better because what we do is setting x1 to 1 and removing the first row for Lambda 1. Then setting x1 to 1 and removing 2nd row for Lambda 2 And so on. Tbh i have no idea if it's ok to do it like this but this subject has drained me so much to the point i don't even care anymore

I have always loved James May's top-speed run in a Bugatti Veyron clip from Top Gear, it was done at some top-secret VW test track. If you haven't seen it, he is on a miles-long straight of this track and it is specifically stated that standing at one end of the straight you can't actually see the other end of the track because it follows the curvature of the Earth.

I think videos like these might legitimately be some of your most important content. While not for everyone, not enough people give these con artists the type of day to expose and deconstruct them. Not all of their followers listen, but some do, and then people will listen to them, and so on.

I remember being on a camping ground atop the cliffs of Dover looking out onto the ocean and being amazed that I could even see the curvature of the Earth from there. Very slight, but since you had basically 180 degrees of ocean horizon from a highish vantage point, definitely perceptible. No balloons or space ships even necessary.
